Lubble ("the Company") values your privacy and, in accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea, establishes and discloses the following Privacy Policy to protect the rights and interests of users. This policy applies to the Lubble application and all related electronic services including websites and customer support channels operated by the Company.

Article 1. Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information

The Company collects and uses personal information for the following purposes. If the purpose changes, additional consent will be obtained in accordance with Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.

1. User registration and identification
   • Account creation and identity verification via email or social login (Google, Apple, etc.)
2. Service provision
   • Operation of features such as couple connection, shared calendar, D-day, memos, photos, and messaging
3. Payment processing
   • Processing payments for premium services and managing payment history (in-app purchases)
4. Customer support and complaint handling
   • Managing inquiries, error handling, and account deletion requests
5. Ensuring service security
   • Preventing unauthorized use, securing access, and preserving records
6. Legal compliance
   • Fulfilling obligations under laws such as consumer protection and electronic commerce regulations

Article 2. Items of Personal Information Collected

Users under the age of 14 cannot register. The Company does not knowingly collect information from children under 14.

Article 3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

1. General Principle
   • Personal information is destroyed immediately upon account deletion unless otherwise required.
2. Retention by Company Policy
   • To prevent misuse (encrypted hash values): 30 days after withdrawal
   • Nickname record for customer support: 30 days after withdrawal
