These Terms of Service are intended to set forth the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between Lubble (“Company”) and users in connection with the use of the mobile application and related services provided by the Company (“Service”).
Chapter 1. General Provisions
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms are intended to set forth the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between the Company and users in connection with the use of the Lubble Service provided by the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
The terms used in these Terms shall have the following meanings:
- Application: the mobile software provided by the Company under the name “Lubble,” which users may install and use on smartphones or other electronic devices.
- App Store: the platform through which the Application is distributed, including the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
- Country: the principal legal jurisdiction to which these Terms apply, based on the Republic of Korea.
- Company: the entity that operates and manages the Lubble Application. Specific details such as the business name, representative, address, and contact information may be provided at the end of these Terms or through separate notice.
- Service: the Application, webpages, related features, content, ancillary services, and all other services incidental thereto provided by the Company.
- User: any individual or entity that accesses, installs, or uses the Service, including those who access or use any feature of the Service regardless of whether they have registered.
- Member: a User who has registered for the Service, created an account, and uses personalized features by logging in.
- Content: all text, images, photos, schedules, countdowns, messages, notes, stickers, to-dos, diaries, and any other data created, uploaded, stored, shared, or transmitted by a Member within the Service.
- Feedback: suggestions, ideas, opinions, or other input provided by a User for improving the Service or introducing new features.
- Third-Party Services: external services used in connection with the Service or for operating the Service, including Apple ID, Google accounts, app stores, advertising services, and cloud services.
- In-App Purchase: the act of purchasing paid features, digital content, subscription products, or similar items provided within the app through app store payment systems.
- Subscription: a paid usage method in which the Company provides premium features or additional services for a certain period and charges fees periodically through the app store.
- Subscription Product: a paid product offered on a periodic basis, such as monthly or yearly.
- Premium Features: all features, templates, pages, widgets, themes, backgrounds, frames, and other additional services that can only be used through a Subscription or In-App Purchase.
