These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the FocusCamp mobile application and related services. The Service is operated by [Legal Business Name], a business established in the Republic of Korea (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an Account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms define the rights, obligations, responsibilities, conditions, and procedures applicable between the Company and Users in connection with the FocusCamp mobile application and all related services collectively referred to as the “Service.”
For purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply.
1. “Service” means the FocusCamp mobile application and all related features provided by the Company, including focus timers, camp-based social features, app usage restriction features, records and statistics, ambient sounds, widgets, Live Activities, and Digital Content.
2. “User” means any person who accesses or uses the Service, whether or not registered.
3. “Member” means a User who completes the registration process and is assigned an Account.
4. “Account” means the unique service account used to identify a Member and provide access to the Service.
5. “Camp” means a virtual space in which Members may share their focus status and interact with other Members.
6. “Camp Address” means a unique address, identifier, invitation code, or link used to identify, locate, invite Users to, or access a Camp.
7. “Camp Card” means a profile displayed within the Service, which may include a nickname, country or region, destination, character, and other information selected for display by the Member.
8. “User Content” means any text, images, nicknames, destinations, tags, guestbook messages, diary entries, records, or other materials entered, uploaded, posted, or transmitted by a Member through the Service.
9. “Camp Log” means a record of focus sessions, tags, diary entries, Members focused with, and other Service activity.
10. “Digital Content” means characters, skewers, sounds, illustrations, badges, clothing, widget designs, and other digital items provided through the Service.
11. “Paid Service” means any subscription, one-time pass, individual Digital Content item, or other feature provided in exchange for payment.
